XeroPlastic is a real manufacturer and a real brand. We make biodegradable, compostable, and bio-based materials and products, not just talk about them. The company was started by two people who've spent years working in materials and consumer products, and who got tired of watching plastic pile up with no good alternative. On top of making our own materials and products, we also offer consulting, built on that same hands-on manufacturing experience, for companies who want help moving their own products and packaging off conventional plastic.

Our vision
We think getting conventional plastic out of a product line should be simple. It should be a clear project with a real start and a real finish, not some open-ended science experiment that never ends and never gets you a straight answer. That's exactly what we built XeroPlastic to do: make it simple, make it real, and get it done.
We build what we sell
Our EcoToys line brings biodegradable, plant-based materials and products to market ourselves. We're not guessing what works, we've tested it against real manufacturing lines, real costs, and real customers who buy and use these products every day. That's not something you can fake, and it's not something you can learn from a textbook. It's the same real-world experience we bring to every single consulting engagement we take on.
Who we are
We're a two-person operation, and that's on purpose. We like it small. The two of us run everything ourselves, personally, from manufacturing to consulting engagements, start to finish. There's no bench of junior staff learning on your dime, and there's no handing you off to someone else halfway through. Between the two of us, we've run consumer brand operations, brought our own plant-based material products to market from scratch, and worked hands-on with resin and packaging suppliers across the whole bio-based materials industry. When you work with us, you're working with the people who actually know how this stuff gets made.
